Peace Now Inc Japan, operators of the brands Peace Now, Black Peace Now, Black Peace Now for Men and Gadget Grow announced that they have filed for bankruptcy protection, under the weight of about $4 million USD in debt. Their Japanese stores have begun closing immediately.

As many of you have heard from various sources, Peace Now Inc Japan had filed for bankruptcy protection on May 6th 2013.

Peace Now USA operates independently from it’s Japanese parent company, and we will continue to operate until further notice. Please note, we will no longer accept special order requests, and we will unlikely to stock additional products from here forward. 

If you are a fan of Peace Now and Black Peace Now, this is probably the last chance and the only source to collect a piece of this iconic brand, and a piece of gothic lolita history.

To put this into prospective, PN is a much larger brand than most lolita brands, offering not just gothic clothing but also more punk/casual and even men’s items.

And they’re going under.
